Deborah Burand, Co-director of the International Transactions Clinic (ITC) that she co-founded at the University of Michigan Law School. In January 2012 she returned to the faculty of University of Michigan Law School after serving as the General Counsel of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) the US Government’s development finance institution.

Gian Luca Burci, Legal Counsel, World Health Organization (WHO) since 1998. Between 1989 and 1998, Mr. Burci served in the Office of the Legal Counsel of the United Nations. Before joining the United Nations, Mr Burci served in the Division of International Affairs of the Italian Agency for Nuclear and Alternative Energies (ENEA) and in the Department of Technical Cooperation of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Kevin Davis, Beller Family Professor Business Law and Vice-Dean responsible for global and international affairs at New York University School of Law. His teaching and scholarship touch upon contracts, commercial law, anti-corruption law and the general relationship between law and economic development. Co-editor of Governance by Indicators: Global Power Through Quantification and Rankings (OUP, 2012)

Georgios Dimitropoulos, Hauser Research Scholar at New York University (NYU) School of Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, an LL.M. from the same University, and an LL.B. from the University of Athens.

She has been a teaching assistant for the Legislation and Public Policy, Public International Law, International Economic Law and Comparative Law courses. He is currently serving as a law clerk to Justice Professor Sabino Cassese at the Constitutional Court of Italy and also teaches administrative law at the University of Catania.
