L’Institut Catholique de Lille ha pubblicato una call per una posizione di Associate Professor in Law and New Technologies presso la sede di FLD Paris (Issy-les-Moulineaux).
Following its development in all the areas of the society, the Faculty of Law is creating a teaching, research and advising centre focused on the links between law and digital issues. This centre is based on the opening, during the 2018-2019 academic year, of a new tech and innovation space at FLD Paris (in Issy-les-Moulineaux) and the design of a “Legaltech” project developed in the Hauts-de-France Region, in partnership with various legal professions (lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, etc.). These experiences will nourish the ambition of a research, carried out for the benefit of the faculty, on the influence of the digital on the law and the Justice favouring mainly the thematic of the emerging risks of its Research Center on the Relations between the Risk and the Right (C3RD). Presenting a trans-disciplinary and transnational dimension, the research carried out on the theme of law and digital will also contribute to the application of the agreements and partnerships already concluded by the faculty in this respect, in particular with the University of Namur and its Research Centre Information Law and Society (CRIDS). The achievement of these different objectives will constitute the main missions of an Associate Professor in Digital Rights at the Issy-les-Moulineaux campus of the Faculty of Law.
