{"id":223,"count":0,"description":"Mariangela Benedetti (Ph.D. University of Rome \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d in Administrative Law) is adjunct professor of Administrative and Public Law at \u201cLa Tuscia\u201d University (Dipartimento economia e impresa).\r\nShe is member of the \u201cAdministrative burdens measurement team\u201d within the Office for administrative simplification of the Department of Public Administration. She gives lectures on the Master program in \u00abAdministrative Law and Administrative Science\u00bb at the University of Rome \u201cRoma Tre\u201d.\r\nFrom 2009 to 2010 she was research fellow in Administrative Law and she won a four months merit-based scholarship to conduct research studies within the Houser Global Law School Program of New York University. In 2007 she obtained the \u201cDiploma of the Academy of European Public Law\u201d making a dissertation on \u201cNecessary test on the General Agreement of Trade in Services\u201d.\r\nSince 2009 she has been member of the \u201cObservatory of regulatory impact analysis\u201d leaded by prof. Giulio Vesperini and prof. Alessandro Natalini; in this field her publications deal with the Regulatory oversight bodies\u00a0\u00a0and the RIA conducted by the Italian financial regulatory authority (Consob).
