She is currently Senior Emile No\u00ebl Fellow\u00a0at the Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law and Justice of the NYU School of Law and\u00a0adjunct\u00a0professor at the\u00a0Global School of Law of the Universidade Cat\u00f3lica Portuguesa of\u00a0Lisbon\u00a0and\u00a0at the Universit\u00e9 Catholique of Lille.\u00a0Previously, she has been\u00a0adjoint professor<\/i>\u00a0at the University of SciencePo (Paris), at the LUISS Guido Carli (Rome) and at the Academy of European Public Law of the European Public Law Organization (Athens).<\/p>\r\n

She has been appointed Jemolo Fellow at the Nuffield College of the University of Oxford for the a.y. 2024-2025.<\/p>\r\n

She has been\u00a0Emile No\u00ebl Fellow\u00a0at the Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law and Justice of the NYU School of Law and\u00a0visiting research fellow\u00a0at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Heidelberg, Germany.<\/p>\r\n

She is currently a member of the Interministerial Committee for the reform of the Italian Environmental Code.<\/p>\r\n

She has been a member of the\u00a0NATO\/ NSPA Independent Award Review and Debarment Board,\u00a0<\/i>an independent judicial body deciding on public procurement disputes between NATO and private parties.<\/p>\r\n

She has been awarded the ICONS Book Prize 2020 by the International Society of Public Law for the book\u00a0Procurement by International Organizations. A Global Administrative Law Perspective<\/em>\u00a0(Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2019).<\/p>\r\n

She is\u00a0Associate Editor\u00a0<\/em>of the International Journal\u00a0of Constitutional Law and sits on the Editorial Board of the International Organizations Law Review.<\/p>\r\n

She holds a Ph.D. in Global Law from the University of Roma La Sapienza jointly with the Istituto Italiano di Scienze Umane (now Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa, Italy) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies at NYU School of Law (NY, USA), as Hugo Grotius Scholar.<\/p>\r\n

She graduated with honors from the School of Law of the University of Firenze (Italy).<\/p>\r\n

She has been an exchange student at the New York University School of Law (a.y. 2002-2003).<\/p>\r\n

Prior to joining academia, she has\u00a0worked for the International Fund for Agricultural\u00a0Development in Rome and, as an extern, for the UN Office of Legal Affairs in New York.<\/p>\r\n
