Luca Golisano (1994) is currently a research fellow at the Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome.
At the same university he obtained the title of PhD in March 2024, discussing a thesis on administrative simplification and silent consent and having Prof. Aldo Sandulli as supervisor. Also at the same university he first obtained a degree in law in July 2018 (score of 110/110 with honours) and subsequently, in 2020, the II level Inter-university Master in Administrative Law (MIDA) (score of 110/110 with honneurs).
He is an expert in the subject, holder of teaching assistance and supplementary contracts for the teaching of Administrative Law at the Department of Law of the Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome.
He has held some scientific collaboration positions of an institutional nature. Specifically, he held the role of member of the Technical Secretariat of the independent study commission chaired by Prof. Aldo Sandulli and appointed by the then Minister of Education Patrizio Bianchi and, later, of consultant for the Department of Public Function.
He practiced law at the State Attorney General’s Office, then continued his training at the “CS – Contracts and Public Services” law firm of the lawyer. Claudio Cataldi. He was found eligible for the state exam for the practice of the profession of lawyer, taken at the Court of Appeal of Rome (2020 exam session).
Author of several publications in the sector of administrative law, since 2024 he has been a member of the Institute for Research on Public Administration (IRPA) and has been a member, again since 2024, of the editorial committee of the Munus magazine – Legal magazine of public services.
