Lucia Aniballi (1988), is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Legal Studies at the University of Rome Tre.
In October 2016 she obtained the license to practise law in the Rome Court of Appeal; since April 2016, she has been working at the Legal and Corporate Affairs Directorate in Gestore dei Servizi Energetici Spa.
At the Department of Law at the University of Rome Tre, in 2016, she held a supplementary didactic contract for Prof. Giulio Napolitano’s Administrative Law course, which she also assists in the Comparative Administrative Law course.
Since 2015 she is a member of the “Laboratorio per l’innovazione pubblica”, founded by Prof. Giulio Napolitano.
In 2015 she was the winner of the annual research grant GSE-Università degli Studi Roma Tre for carrying out research activities on energy market regulation, supporting the scientific organization of the VIth Conference on Energy Law, Topic “Rules and Energy Efficiency Market”.
She spent his forensic practice at the State Attorney’s Office in Rome (2013-2015), after completing his Master’s Degree in Law at the Department of Law at the University of Roma Tre in 2013, with a final thesis in Administrative Law entitled “L’indennità di espropriazione nella giurisprudenza della CEDU e della Corte Costituzionale” (The compensation for the expropriation in the jurisprudence of the ECHR and the Constitutional Court), with Professor Guido Corso rapporteur.
During her University studies (2011), she was selected to be part of the university delegation in the “National Model United Nations”, a diplomatic simulation held in New York of the work and the relations between States within the United Nations commissions.
