Kostandin Peci (1981) is currently a PHD candidate in Law and Business at the Law Department of LUISS “Guido Carli” University of Rome.
He graduated cum laude from the Law Department of the University of Bologna, with a thesis in European Competition Law (2004).
Kostandin obtained a LLM from the College of Europe, Bruges (2005). In 2009 he advised, as an independent legal expert, the Albanian Competition Authority in adopting a legislative proposal amending the Albanian Competition Law.
Since 2013, he is member of the International Law Association (Albanian branch).
Since 2012, Kostandin is an academic assistant to the departments of European Administrative Law and Administrative Law in the Law Faculty of the University Roma Tre. Since 2014, he holds an assistantship contract within the Administrative Law (II) academic programme.
He is qualified to practice law in Italy (since 2010) and in Albania (since 2006). From September 19, 2005, to November 30, 2014, he has practised law as an associate of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
