Giulio Rivellini (Verona, 1996) is a Ph.D. student in administrative law (XXXVII Cycle) at the Department of Law of Luiss “Guido Carli”.
Graduated in law (Luiss “Guido Carli”, 2020), obtained a II level Master’s degree in administrative law (Luiss “Guido Carli”, 2022) and is the winner of a scholarship from the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (2024).
He is the author of various book chapters and articles on the subject of public employment, public contracts, university regulations and administrative reforms. He carried out study and research stays at the University of Maastricht (2023) and at the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches öffentliches Recht und Völkerrecht (2024).
Lawyer registered with the Council of the Rome Bar Association (2022), he worked as an expert in the Unit for the simplification and quality of regulation at the Department of Public Function of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (2021-2022).
