Giuliano Fonderico was born in 1973. In 1996, he graduated cum laude at the law faculty of the University of Rome “La Sapienza” discussing a thesis on EC law. From this same faculty, he was awarded a special annual scholarship in administrative law in 1997 and then obtained a Ph.D. in the organization and functioning of public adminstration (XIII cycle). From 2003 to 2007, he was research fellow in administrative law at the University Luiss – Guido Carli of Rome. He is also a lecturer of “Law of regulatory regimes and the market” at the University of Viterbo “La Tuscia”, at the faculty of political science. Since February 2009, he has become a research fellow in public law ex article 1, par. 14, law n. 230/2005 at the University Luiss – Guido Carli, where he is currently working. He has published essays on administrative procedure, EC law, competition law, public services, economic regulation and public contracts as well as lecturing and speaking at several seminars and conferences.
