Francesca Saveria Pellegrino (1998) is a PhD candidate in Public Law – Administrative Law curriculum (38th cycle) at the University of Roma Tre since January 2023. Starting in 2024, she is also a practicing lawyer in Rome.
As of December 2024, she serves as a visiting researcher at the Centre de Droit Public Comparé (CDPC) at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University.
Her research interests include administrative justice in a European and comparative perspective.
She earned her master’s degree in law (110/110 cum laude) from the University of Roma Tre in October 2022, presenting a thesis in Administrative Law under the supervision of Prof. Giulio Napolitano.
From March to September 2022, she completed an early internship semester in legal practice, followed by a traineeship from October 2022 to November 2023 at the 7th Division of the Avvocatura Generale dello Stato.
She qualified as a lawyer in the December 2023 bar exam session.
Since 2024, she has been a member of the Isitituto di Ricerche sulla Pubblica Amministrazione (IRPA).
