Flaminia Ielo (1989) holds a PhD in Administrative law at the “Roma Tre” University of Rome. She graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Roma Tre, defending a thesis on public administration’s liability for offence of legal expetetions.
She has been visiting research fellow at Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Heidelberg (August – September 2016).
She is “cultore della materia” in Administrative Law at the Department of Administrative Law of University of Roma Tre.
Since 2014 she has an assistantship contract at the University of Roma Tre School of Law, where she lectures in Administrative law and Administrative law (II). She also teaches in the Master of Administrative Law (MIDA) of the University of Roma “La Sapienza” and of “Roma Tre” University.
She has worked as a consultant at the National Italian Olympic Committee.
She is admitted to the Italian Bar, Court of Appeal of Rome.
She is member of the Editorial Board of the Rivista di Diritto Sportivo (CONI).
