Elisabetta Tatì

She is Assistant Professor of Administrative Law, Department of Law (LUISS Guido Carli, Progetto Roma Open Lab). Previously, she was a research fellow and member of the research team of the European project Better knowledge for better solutions (BETKOSOL), dedicated to the study of the protection of financial interests in the European Union. She is now part of the research group for the European project Better kwoledge fo the future generations (BETKONEXT), dedicated to the same topic. She holds a PhD in European and Global Market Law from the University of Tuscia (2020). She was a fellow at the Max Planck Institute in Heidelberg (2019) and a visiting scholar at Fordham University in New York (2018). She published a book entitled L’Europa delle città. Per una politica europea del diritto urbano (2020), winner of the 2019 prize for the best proposal in public law disciplines in the series Studi di diritto pubblico, Franco Angeli. She is also the author of several essays on public and administrative law, in English and Italian, many of them on urban, European and comparative issues.
