Eleonora Cavalieri is Ph.D. in Administrative Law. She was adjunct professor of Cultural Heritage Law (a.y. 2011-2012), Urban and Planning Law and Administrative Law at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. She gave lectures on the Master program in «Diritto amministrativo e scienza dell’amministrazione» (Administrative Law and Administrative Science) at the University of Rome “Roma Tre” and on the Master program in «Urbanistica dell’Amministrazione Pubblica» (Urb.Am) (Urban and planning law and public administration). She has taken part in several research programs and she is the author of several publications concerning administrative organization, simplification, cultural property, urban and planning law.
She worked as a legal expert at the Presidency of Council of Ministers – Unity for Simplification and Better Regulation (2008-2012), and as a civil servant at the Presidency of Council of Ministers – Department of Regional Affairs (2012-2018). Since 2018, she is working at the Presidency of the Republic – Department for legal affairs.
