Chiara Di Seri (1981) is Ph.D in Administrative Law at Roma Tre University, where she graduated cum laude with a dissertation in Constitutional Law.
She assisted Public and Constitutional Law teaching activities at Roma Tre University. Since 2006 she has collaborated with the chairs of European Administrative Law and Administrative Law. She is part of the teaching staff of Master DASA (Administrative Law and Administration Sciences) directed by Prof. Luisa Torchia.
She has been member of some research projects (“Il sistema amministrativo italiano” e “Analisi e valutazione dei processi di miglioramento dell’amministrazione della Regione Lazio”). In 2009 she discussed a doctoral thesis entitled “La certezza del diritto «costituzional-europeo» nei complessi rapporti tra giudicato interno e comunitario”.
She wrote essays on legal journals concerning Constitutional and Administrative Law, dealing with national and EU topics.
After two years of apprenticeship at the Avvocatura Generale dello Stato, she has become barrister in the district of Rome (exams’ session 2006). She worked at Rai S.p.a., CiVIT (Commission for Evaluation, Transparency and Integrity of public administration) and at the Legal Services and Law Studies Department of the Bank of Italy. She currently works at Senato della Repubblica Italiana.
