Benedetto Cimino (Ph.D. in Public procurement) is adjunct professor in Public Law at “La Tuscia” University. In 2006 he gratued cum laude in Law at Rome University “La Sapienza” with a thesis on the “Italian public management”. In 2007 he obtained the “Diploma of the Academy of European Public Law” making a dissertation on “reasonableness, impartiality, objectiveness and participation: the gats standards”. He contributed of national research project on “The Italian Administrative System in the XXI Century” (2007) on “The Global Limits to National Administrative Laws” (2006) on “The staff office between politics and administration” (2005). Since 2008 he has been attorney in Rome.
He has worked, as legal expert, at the “Comitato per la legislazione” of the Chamber of Deputies (2008-2013).
His publication include: civil service and public management; simplification; ethics in government. He is currently contributing to Rivista trimestrale di diritto pubblico, European Review of Public Law and Giornale di diritto amministrativo.
