2021-2022 Constitutional Chronicles

The 2012-2022 Constitutional Chronicles briefly review the main political-institutional events, including the election of Sergio Mattarella as President of the Republic, the end of the Conte government, the formation of the technical government chaired by Draghi, the early dissolution of the Parliament and the formation of the Meloni government. Particular attention is paid to the measures adopted in order to deal with both the epidemiological and war emergency. The contribution also includes data on constitutional case law and the results of the regional elections and of the abrogative referendum.
