Lo European Law Institute ha lanciato una call for entries in occasione della terza edizione dell’ELI Young Lawyers Award.
The ELI Young Lawyers Award will be awarded to a promising representative of the next generation of legal professionals.
The goal of this award is to provide the young European legal community with a mechanism to propose practical suggestions for the improvement of European law, as a way of giving voice to the future European legal experts and to help the ELI in fulfilling its core mission of improving the quality of European law. Deadline for entries is 30 April 2019.
La giuria che selezionerà il paper vincitore sarà composta da Sjef van Erp (Chair of the jury, ELI Vice-President, Professor of civil law and European private law at Maastricht University), Filipe Machado (President of the European Law Student’s Association (ELSA) International), John North (President of Interleges), Walter Doralt (Chair of the ELI Membership Committee, Professor at Freie Universität Berlin) e Reinhard Zimmermann (Speaker of the ELI Senate, Professor and Director of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law).
Candidates must submit a unique and original paper which was not previously published and which deals with a European legal issue that could be improved. Papers have to be submitted by 30 April 2019, 20:00 CET. Further details can be found here.
