Peace and Stability in the Age of Militarized AI and Cyber-conflicts: New Challenges and RisksThe increasing militarization of advanced computing technologies raises new risks for peace, stability, and international security. The 63rd ISODARCO Course will examine these problems, focusing on AI decision-support systems for battlefield operations, autonomous weapons systems, AI for nuclear early warning, cyber vulnerabilities and security, the spillover of cyber conflicts to other warfare domains, the accelerating pace of AI-powered armed hostilities and the related problem of preserving human control on warfare.
